Marrakech Retreats – Payment & Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

  • A €1,200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot and unlock the full itinerary.

  • The deposit amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Final payment is due three months prior to the retreat start date.

  • All remaining payments must be made by the due dates provided.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the final payment deadline.

  • Single occupancy upgrades are available upon request, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected].

  • Cancellations made 4 months or more before the retreat may be eligible for a partial refund of any balance paid (excluding deposit).

  • No refunds will be given after the final payment deadline.

3. Transfers & Substitutions

  • Bookings may be transferred to another person up to 60 days before the retreat start date, subject to approval.

  • An administration fee may apply.

4. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)

All participants must hold comprehensive travel insurance that includes:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption

  • Medical emergencies

  • Lost or delayed baggage

  • COVID-19-related disruptions

Proof of insurance must be provided before arrival.

5. Changes or Cancellations by Marrakech Retreats

Marrakech Retreats reserves the right to cancel or modify the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of God

  • Political unrest, government restrictions, public health emergencies

  • Minimum guest numbers not met

In such cases:

  • Guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future retreat.

  • Marrakech Retreats is not responsible for flight costs, travel expenses, or personal losses.

6. Code of Conduct

All guests are expected to participate respectfully and mindfully. Disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

7. Reservation Terms

Reservations are subject to availability and valid for the dates stated in the retreat description unless amended due to circumstances beyond Marrakech Retreats’ reasonable control. In such cases, guests will be notified promptly and offered alternative arrangements of equal value.

Guests acknowledge that participation in retreat activities may involve physical exertion and that all activities (including those provided by third parties) are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.

  • Signature dining experiences

  • Guided private shopping and design tours

  • Artisan workshops & cultural excursions

  • Airport transfers

  • Curated itinerary (unlocked upon receipt of deposit)

9. Agreement

By submitting payment and completing your booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
