1. Retreat Overview

Artisan of the Soul is a 7-day retreat journey across Essaouira, Marrakech, and the Agafay Desert, designed to nurture inner stillness, creative expression, and personal transformation. Guided by Annika Glac and rooted in Gita Yoga, the experience combines daily practices, cultural immersion, and sacred connection in a luxurious and supportive setting.

2. Pricing & Accommodation

Twin Share Early Bird Rate: €4,200 (available until July 31, 2025)
Standard Rate: €4,500 (from August 1, 2025)
Deposit: €1,000 (non-refundable, required at booking)
Single Supplement: Available upon request, subject to availability

3. What’s Included

7 nights luxury accommodation across Essaouira, Marrakech & Agafay
All meals, including curated local dining and gourmet experiences
Daily Gita Yoga sessions, breathwork, journaling, and soul practices
Creative workshops and sacred rituals
Guided excursions and cultural experiences
Airport transfers (arrival and departure based on group timing)
Access to the full retreat itinerary upon deposit

4. What’s Not Included

International airfare
Travel insurance (mandatory)
Personal expenses (shopping, snacks, etc.)
Additional transfers outside of group transport schedule

3-Month Installment Payment Plan

Secure your place with a non-refundable €1,000 deposit, and then pay the remaining balance over three monthly payments, leading up to the final due date.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Deposit is non-refundable and required to secure your spot and unlock the full itinerary.
All remaining payments must be made on or before the due dates listed above.
Final payment is due by September 11, 2025.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the final payment deadline.
Guests are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, illness, or unforeseen events.
If you book after July 2025, your balance may be payable in fewer installments or in full, depending on the date.
Single occupancy upgrades are available on request and subject to availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

The €1,000 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made before July 31, 2025 may be eligible for a partial refund of any balance paid (excluding deposit).
No refunds will be issued after August 21, 2025, regardless of reason.

7. Transfers & Substitutions

If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another person up to 30 days prior to the retreat, subject to approval. A small admin fee may apply.

8. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all participants and must include coverage for:

Trip cancellation and interruption
Medical emergencies
Lost or delayed baggage
COVID-19-related travel disruptions

Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to arrival.

9. Changes or Cancellation by MarrakechRetreats.co

We reserve the right to cancel or modify the retreat in the case of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disaster, political unrest, illness, minimum guest requirement not met). In such cases:

You will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future retreat.
We are not responsible for flight costs, travel expenses, or personal losses.

10. Code of Conduct

All guests are expected to participate respectfully and mindfully. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

11. Agreement

By submitting payment and completing your booking, you agree to the above terms and conditions in full.
